Help Wanted: Executive Officer for HBA of Spartanburg

Home Builders Association of Greater Spartanburg, a growing non-profit association with over 600 members in Spartanburg, is currently seeking an Executive Officer. Part of the position includes monitoring and lobbying locally on issues impacting housing and development; disseminating information on local/state/national issues to members, officials and media; and developing association's grassroots network. Position requires strategic thinking; interpersonal and employee relationship skills; strong verbal, written, computer and working skills; skillful in QuickBooks and Excel; and presentation skills. Individual must be ethical, independent and motivated. Successful candidate will also require a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven years experience.
