Greater Columbia HBA Launches Buy Now Build Now Campaign

It's a buyer's market, and the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia is making sure consumers know. They recently launched their $90,000 Buy Now Build Now campaign, which highlights all the reasons why now is a great time to buy a home or to build a new home. The HBA of Greater Columbia campaign budget consists of some of their own money, grant money from the National Association of Home Builders, and a contribution from the Greater Columbia Association of REALTORS.

The Greater Columbia's marketing firm is executing a public relations campaign consisting of print, radio, and television advertising and presentations to various groups and organizations. A website was also created to provide consumers with information on buying or building a home, interest rates, and homeownership.

Check out the HBA of Greater Columbia's campaign today by visiting www.buynowbuildnowcolumbia.com.

EDITOR'S NOTE: The NAHB launched their "Buy Now" Advertising Assistance Program in February at the 2007 International Builders' Show in Orlando. The program ended last month with $3 million disbursed to 168 associations around the country. The Greater Columbia HBA and the Charleston Trident HBA were the only South Carolina HBAs who were able to take advantage of the grant money.
