Epcon Communities Development Stonegate at Prince Creek Earns Awards from Horry-Georgetown HBA

StoneGate at Prince Creek, an Epcon Community, has received two awards from the Horry-Georgetown Home Builders Association in conjunction with its 2007 New Home Parade. The honors include the Builder Award $249,627 - $307,590 and the award for Interior Merchandising $249,627 - $307,590. Kathy and Tim Collins, Epcon Communities building partners and developers of StoneGate at Prince Creek made the announcement.

The HGHBA also sponsored a second event, the 2007 Fall Tour of Homes, featuring only condominiums and town homes. The Canterbury model won another award in the Interior Design Category, $300,000 - $400,000. Entrants were judged based on specific price categories and within specific award segments. All entrants were judged by the HBA based upon design, look, feel, décor, staging and consistency.

StoneGate at Prince Creek won the Builders Award for its consistency and design elements, and won the Interior Design and Merchandising awards for design, décor and staging.

StoneGate at Prince Creek will feature 174 single-story homes on 45 acres when complete. Currently the community has 34 homes built with only eight more available in Phase I.

The community is part of the larger master-plan community, Prince Creek and is a proud neighbor of the Myrtle Beach Tournament Players Club golf course.
