Prudential C. Dan Joyner and Spaulding Company to drive sales in Allegheny.

Simpsonville, SC - Prudential C. Dan Joyner and Spaulding Co. have signed a co-listing agreement with the partners of Allegheny LLC, the newly formed partnership between four Upstate custom builders, to market and sell the remaining lots in Allegheny, a gated upscale development situated off Jonesville Road on Griffith Court in Simpsonville.

"Prudential and Spaulding are well-regarded for their marketing savvy and proven track record especially in the new construction category," says Brandon Eich, Managing Partner of Allegheny LLC. "We are pleased to have them spearhead our marketing and sales efforts which will focus heavily on the opening of our Amenity Area in the spring of next year."

Since launching the community just 18 months ago, Allegheny LLC is pleased to report that they have sold or have under contract 20 of the 46 half-acre wooded and private lots. The home sites start at $80,000 and homes range from $500,000 upward.

The Builder Team includes IKE Construction, Inc., J. Francis Builders, Leary Homes, and Quinn & Satterfield Builders.

Prudential and Spaulding Co. will also work closely with other local REALTORS and their clients on cultivating custom home builds in the community as well as selling the current and future inventory of speculative homes.

Among its distinguishing elements, Allegheny is comprised of 30 acres of pristine land with abundant hardwoods, gentle rolling hills and creeks. The Amenity Package will include a resort-style swimming pool, pedestrian walking bridge, and "Summer Kitchen," featuring an outdoor fireplace, high-end grilling equipment and tranquil lighting.
