Dan Joyner and Spaulding Co. have signed a co-listing agreement with the partners of Allegheny LLC, the newly formed partnership between four Upstate custom builders, to market and sell the remaining lots in Allegheny, a gated upscale development situated off Jonesville Road on Griffith Court in Simpsonville.
