SC Members Win Sales & Marketing Awards at The Nationals
Winners of The Nationals, the nation's largest and most prestigious awards for new home sales and marketing professionals, and communities, were announced recently within the Silver and Regional categories with four awards going to South Carolina members. Now in its 27th year, the awards were presented by The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC).
Regional Award winners were:
- Best Television Commercial - First Coast Homes (Charleston Trident HBA);
- Best Sales or Information Center/Pavilion - Greenwood Development Corporation (Hilton Head Area HBA & Greater Columbia HBA)/The Reserve at Lake Keowee; and
- Best Single-Family Detached Home Priced $1 Million to $2 Million - Classic Home Building & Design (Horry Georgetown HBA)/Toscana Mia Model.
Silver Award winners were:
- Best Brochure for a Community Priced Under $400,000 - Triangle Construction (Lakelands HBA)/Field House at West End.
Regional, Silver and Gold award winners were selected from a field of nearly 1,400 entries, during a three-day judging process conducted by a panel of eight industry professionals from across the country. Gold Awards in each category will be presented at an awards ceremony on Feb. 13, held in conjunction with the International Builders' Show in Orlando, Fla.
Started in 1982, The Nationals award program continues to recognize superior new home sales and marketing achievements. With 59 categories across various disciplines of the new home industry, the awards honor excellence in product and community design, advertising, marketing and sales achievements by individuals and sales teams.
