Mungo Leaders Honored with Top Industry Awards: Company Recognized with a Total of Five Awards at Annual Event

Mungo Homes, the Carolinas’ leading builder of quality homes for more than 50 years, is proud to announce the company’s recent recognition of five awards at the 19th annual Real Estates Greatest Achievers and Leaders (Regal) Awards ceremony and gala. Headlining Mungo’s honors were Marketing Director, Kim Finney and Division President, Chris Condon. Finney was awarded the title of “Marketing Director of the Year” and Condon was named “Builder of the Year.”

As Director of Marketing, Finney coordinates all marketing, advertising and public relations activities for each of the Mungo Companies. Condon is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Mungo Homes operation. He is known for his endless commitment to his team and always ensures the company’s core values of quality, innovative market leadership and customer/employee satisfaction are met at every level of the organization.

In addition to Finney and Condon’s recognition, Mungo also received awards for Best Community Entrance at their Lakeport Community on the shores of Lake Murray, Best Logo for their Vintner’s Wood community in Lexington and Best Radio Campaign. The radio campaign was based on the company’s more than 5O years’ success and featured a personal message from Mungo Principal Steven Mungo in an effort to encourage consumer confidence. The four-month radio schedule resulted in a year-end rush of sales that exceeded projections.

Every February, the Sales and Marketing Council of Columbia holds Columbia’s most prestigious industry awards program, the REGAL awards. The event recognizes the real estate industry’s greatest achievers and leaders. Awards are voted on by industry peers and given out in categories ranging from advertising to product design.
