Eye on the S.C. Housing Market Presentation Available Online

NAHB Economist Robert Denk presented information on the state of the S.C. Housing Market at the opening session of the 2008 HBASC Convention in Myrtle Beach last week. Denk explained the current state of the market nationally, and then focused on South Carolina. Overall, South Carolina's housing market is not being hit as hard as other markets in the U.S. According to the data, experts expect the South Carolina market to begin making a come back sometime next year, while other parts of the country will take longer to recover.
