Local HBA Wins NAHB Incentive

Congratulations to the Horry-Georgetown HBA for being the winner in the NAHB Certified Green Professional (CGP) incentive for having the highest number of CGP applications returned in which individuals actually qualified to receive their CGP! The Horry-Georgetown HBA won a paid registration to attend either NAHB’s National Conference on Membership, State and Local Government Affairs Conference or one of the Leadership Training Conferences.

How did they do it? They offered the Business Management for Building Professionals and the Green Building for Building Professionals courses back to back. And while they had their audience, they promoted the CGP designation and encouraged students to complete and submit their application to the NAHB.

Way to go Horry-Georgetown HBA!
