Seats Still Available for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Regulatory Conference in Charleston

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Charleston District (Corps) will be hosting a conference for consultants, firms, and governmental agencies who regularly work with the Charleston Corps Regulatory Division. This conference is aimed at providing updated information on the Corps Regulatory Program. Topic are to include: the new Mitigation Rule, Jurisdictional Determinations, Alternatives Analysis, submittal of an "A+" application and other ways to improve the permitting process. In addition, there will be training and a field visit to discuss Rapanos determinations on Sept 16th. Space is limited for the conference and the field training.

Date: Sept. 15th -16th, 2009
Location: Hyatt Regency, Greenville SC
Time: Registration from 8-9 am on Sept 15

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency. If you plan to spend the night, please reserve your room by August 18, 2009. The reservation number is 1-800-233-1234. Tell the reservationist that you are attending the Regulatory Conference. You do not have to spend the night to attend the conference.
