The Home Builders Association of South Carolina is excited to announce that Auto Owners Insurance Company will offer a ten percent & five percent discount on policies written exclusively for HBASC members.

Policies eligible for the ten percent discount include Commercial General Liability, Commercial Automobile, Builders Risk and Umbrella. Policies eligible for the five percent discount include Homeowners, Umbrella, Automobile, and Boat.

This discount does not apply to workers compensation. HBA members are encouraged to obtain their workers compensation coverage through the SCHBSIF. For more information, please contact your insurance agent.
