Florence general contractor and residential home builder Advanced Building Concepts, LLC has been awarded United States Patent Number 7,591,110 for a building foundation. Owner Jody Lane is a member of the Home Builders Association of the Greater Pee Dee and a Certified Master Builder.

Certain aspects of the patent apply to building foundations that lack a bond beam and that meet all applicable regulations for the construction of new homes and buildings. This technology enables builders to produce building foundations that are significantly less expensive than current systems.
