The Home Builders Association of South Carolina has released the newly improved sales contract to local HBAs for use by its members. The contract was developed with the help of the HBASC Sales Contract Committee, which includes attorneys, real estate professionals, and builders, to provide members with a uniform contract as opposed to the many contracts available today.
