Two SC Members Reach The Nationals Final Round

Bunting Construction Company and H2 Builders Inc., both Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association members, are Silver Award Winners in The Nationasl, the NAHB’s most prestigious awards program. The Hilton Head members were finalists in the Best Product Design Custom Home category.

Bunting Construction Company received the honor for the Sears Residence (see photo), while H2 Builders, Inc. was honored for Hawks Landing (see photo). Both entries moved on to the Gold round; however, other entries won the category. During a two-day judging process, a panel of six industry professionals from across the country selected this year’s Silver and Gold award winners from a field of more than 700 entries.

Started in 1982 as the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) Awards, The NationalsSM award program continues to recognize superior new home sales and marketing achievements. With 63 categories across various disciplines of the new home industry, the awards honor excellence in product and community design, advertising, marketing and sales achievements by individuals and sales teams.
