Art of Networking: Marketing the Brand You

Make your contacts count through targeting your ideal customers and clients. Develop a plan to invest your time and money that fits into your overall HBA and/or personal business plan. Create “customer common” alliances with other businesspeople. Consider the impact your HBA and/or personal business has on your community and the contributions you can make. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from each other, engage in lively simulations and practice new skills: Explain what you do in 15 seconds; Explore your strategic positioning; Celebrate projects/successes that show off your character and competence; Target the markets where you would like to become more visible and credible; and Learn how to create the bridge between builders and associates.
