Home Builders’ Association of South Carolina saw an increase of 926 new members over two days during the DirectDriveTM membership drive February 21-22.  The efforts of the nine participating local HBAs helped the state association reach a goal of exceeding 6,000 members.    

The Home Builders Association of Aiken County ended their search for a new executive officer and hired Mary Ellen Brush, an education administrator from New York State.

The HBA of SC helped rake in more than half of the $88,000 needed to bring the SC National Guard 218th Brigade Combat Team home before deploying to Afghanistan for a one-year tour of duty.
