The Home Builders Association of South Carolina (HBASC) is a trade association for the residential construction and development industry. The Association provides a forum through which these businesses can work together to remain informed regarding new and proposed policies advanced by the local, state and federal governments which affect the housing industry. |

The HBASC membership is comprised of home builders, trade contractors, suppliers and industry professionals. |

The Executive Committee conducts the affairs of the Association in accordance with the bylaws, policies and instructions of the Board of Directors. It acts as the Steering Committee of the HBASC. |
