 The South Carolina Housing Hall of Fame honors individuals who have made a lasting contribution to the housing industry through their work in building and development, public service and housing related areas such as education, architecture and planning. Established in 1995, the South Carolina Housing hall of Fame has inducted 60outstanding individuals from all over the state. |

The Pinnacle Awards are awarded by the Home Builders Association of South Carolina for outstanding craftsmanship in the construction of quality homes. Awards are presented in 12 categories by market price, including the lot, starting under $200,000 and spanning to more than $5 million. A Merit Award is given to the runner-up of each category. |

The first local Association Excellence Awards were awarded at the 2007 HBASC State Convention to local HBAs exhibiting excellence in community service, communications, and other programs and projects that support local home builders, the home building industry, and affordable housing in South Carolina. |
