 The South Carolina Housing Hall of Fame honors individuals who have made a lasting contribution to the housing industry through their work in building and development, public service and housing related areas such as education, architecture and planning. Established in 1995, the South Carolina Housing Hall of Fame has inducted 63 outstanding individuals from all over the state. |

The Pinnacle Awards are awarded by the Home Builders Association of South Carolina for outstanding craftsmanship in the construction of and remodeling of quality homes and for excellence in sales & marketing tools. Awards are presented by market price beginning under $200,000 and spanning to more than $5 million. A Finalist Award is given to entries in which the judges' score as exceptional. |
