Put the builder first. That’s the philosophy of Kenneth E. Ormand, Jr. Throughout his career in law, Ken has gone above and beyond for the home building industry.
Nearly every home builder in the state uses a contract that either entirely based or using language from contracts drawn by Ken. In addition to being a lawyer, Ken serves as Chairman of the SC Housing Hall of Fame and in other capacities in the HBA.
