Exhibitor Fees
Registration deadline for exhibitors is May 15, 2010. Exhibitors may bring either a table top display or a free standing display; however, the exhibit must fit in a 30”x6’ area. If additional space is required, exhibitor must pay for another table/space at the same rate as a single exhibit table/space. Lunch is included in the exhibit fee for up to three people. Additional lunch tickets must be purchased for vendors bringing more than three people.

Payment Options
- Personal/Company Check – the preferred method. Please make all checks payable to the Home Builders Association of South Carolina
- Credit Card: The HBASC office accepts VISA or MasterCard.
- Online Payment: All major credit cards are accepted online through PayPal.
Payment must accompany the registration form, unless paying online. All registration forms with accompanying payments must be received or postmarked by the designated deadline to be eligible for any early bird discount. If paying online, payment must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. EST and registration form must be faxed to the HBASC prior to online payment or immediately following.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to contract obligations, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 30, 2010. All refund requests received by the cancellation deadline will be processed after June 27, 2010. A cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed.
