The HBASC State Convention provides a great opportunity to get your name in front of hundreds of builders from across the state. Download the Sponsor Packet to see the exposure you and your company will get. Exhibitor Fees Registration deadline for exhibitors is May 13, 2011. Exhibitors may bring either a table top display or a free standing display; however, the exhibit must fit in a 30”x6’ area. If additional space is required, exhibitor must pay for another table/space at the same rate as a single exhibit table/space. Lunch is included in the exhibit fee for up to three people. Additional lunch tickets must be purchased for vendors bringing more than three people. Download the complete exhibitor packet. Payment Options - Personal/Company Check – the preferred method. Payment must accompany the registration form, otherwise, registration form will not be processed until payment is received. All registration forms and payments must be received or postmarked by the designated deadline to be eligible for any early bird discount. Cancellation and Refund Policy Due to contract obligations, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 15, 2011.
