To qualify for the Spike Club Party, you must be a current Spike and earn at least 1 Spike Credit between July 1, 2009 and June 15, 2010. |

Registration Deadlines
Early Bird Registration Deadline: April 30, 2010
All registration forms with accompanying payments must be received or postmarked by this date to qualify for this rate. If paying online, payment must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. EST and registration form must be faxed to the HBASC prior to online payment or immediately following.
Regular Registration Deadline: June 14, 2010
All registrations with accompanying payments must be received or postmarked by this date to qualify for this rate. If paying online, payment must be submitted by 11:50 p.m. EST and registrations form must be faxed to the HBASC prior to online payment or immediately following.
All registrations postmarked after April 30, 2010 will be assessed the late registration fees.

 Convention Registration Information
Eligibility for Rates and Registration Policies
- All individuals attending the convention must pay a registration fee.
- All program presenters who wish to attend the convention must pay a registration fee.
- To qualify for member rates, your membership must be current.
- Payment must accompany the registration form, unless paying online. Postmark of mailed/faxed registration forms and online payment email notification received by HBASC office will determine the registration rate.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to contract obligations, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 30, 2010. All refund requests received by the cancellation deadline will be processed after June 27, 2010. A cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed.
