Eligibility for Rates and Registration Policies - All individuals attending the convention must pay a registration fee.
- All program presenters who wish to attend the convention must pay a registration fee.
- To qualify for member rates, your membership must be current.
- Payment must accompany the registration form. Postmark of mailed/faxed registration forms will determine the registration rate.
Cancellation and Refund Policy Due to contract obligations, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 15, 2011.
