The HBASC works with members and committees to identify, assess and respond to policies or proposals that impact homebuilders’ ability to offer affordable housing.  We fight to keep homes within reach of working families while meeting homebuyer's demand for value in quality neighborhoods. 

At the South Carolina State Legislature, our efforts have been successful on a range of issues including workers' comp, ethics reform, coastal insurance, DOT reform and septic tanks.
