Certified Master Builders of South Carolina is more than just another designation program. When you become a CMB, you gain benefits that no other builder can get.

• Marketing Tool - The Certified Master Builder designation is an exellent marketing tool to put you out in front of all the other builders. Use the CMB logo in your advertisements, on your website, and on your business cards and signage.  
• 10% discount on worker' comp insurance - If you are a member of the SCHB Self Insurer's Fund and you are a Certified Master Builder, you get 10% off of your workers' comp insurance. To take advantage of this discount, you must become a CMB by July 1 of each year.
• Certified Master Builder e-Newsletter - You'll receive the official CMB e-newsletter that keeps you updated on the latest changes/additions to the CMB program.
• Lands' End - Want to put the CMB logo on your company merchandise? We've setup the CMB logo through Lands' End for your use.
• Framed Certificate - Showcase your accomplishment by hanging your framed CMB Certificate in your office. You'll receive your certificate at your local HBA meeting, so you get recognition.
• Lapel Pin - In addition to the framed certificate, you'll get a CMB lapel pin to where at meetings to show others you are a Certified Master Builder.
• CMB Website - You'll be listed on the Certified Master Builder website, along with a link to your website if available.
