Horry County builder Harry Dill is all too familiar with making dreams come true. With the help of his partner Clinch Heyward and his suppliers, he completed his third ABC Extreme Makeover: Home Edition in January. (The episode aired April 11.) Two builds were in Horry County and one was in New Orleans.

There's more to Dill than just building homes in seven days. He supports the home buiding industry through his leadership roles in his local HBA (Horry Georgetown) and the state HBA. He is currently Chairman of the Horry County Board of Construction Appeals. Dill is also an avid outdoorsman and strong supporter of wildlife. He grants wishes through the Make a Wish Foundation; leads his church through various projects; volunteers for the Red Cross, Waccamaw Youth Center, and other organizations; and has built a skate park for youth. The list goes on and on.

Harry Dill's response to the needs of his community is truly outstanding. The Home Builders Association of South Carolina is proud to spotlight Harry Dill and to claim him as one of our own.
