Brad recruited seven new builder members, and he won a brand new Blackberry Curve from Verizon Wireless. The May 25 statewide membership drive brought in over 300 new members across the state, with many HBA members receiving incentive checks and other prizes.

Brad Thompson is owner of First Choice Custom Homes in Greenville. He worked in the masonry and grading business for 18 years before deciding to become a custom home builder with his wife Cindy. He is very involved in the home building industry and his local HBA. In addition, Brad spends a great deal of time looking at Greenville, South Carolina area development opportunities, getting to know the area's new home builder subcontractor teams, and researching new building materials and trends.
