The secret behind any successful organization or committee is a good leader.  The Home Builders Association of South Carolina (HBASC) is lucky to have Jeff Ranew as Chief Executive Officer at the S.C. Home Builders Self Insurers Fund and as HBASC Convention Committee Chairman. 

Jeff has worked diligently to promote the Self Insurers Fund and to keep the organization on track with its mission, to provide stable, cost effective and secure sources for workers’ compensation coverage to qualified home builders.  A key player on the HBASC Convention Committee, Jeff has managed to keep the Committee on track with its planning and implementation.
